Some may think that contemplating death is a morbid exercise. However, it is good to understandthat death is inevitable and your time on this Earth is not only short, but incredibly precious. This knowledge allows us to live a life of gratitude and purpose.
Momento Mori is Latin for "Remember you must die". We may all do a little better to embrace that our time is incredibly valuable and it should not be wasted on most of the trivial desires and distractions of modern life.
