Some may think that contemplating death is a morbid exercise. However, it is good to understand that death is inevitable and your time on this Earth is not only short, but incredibly precious. This knowledge allows us to live a life of gratitude and purpose.
Momento Mori is Latin for "Remember you must die". We may all do a little better to embrace that our time is incredibly valuable and it should not be wasted on most of the trivial desires and distractions of modern life.
